Take a tile discarded by any player. Combine it with tiles from your hand to form any valid English word (3+ letters). The source tiles in your hand must not be a word themselves — you're assembling something new. No fixed length — "SEA" (3) or "BEAUTIFUL" (9), as long as it's a real word.

Take a discarded tile when you hold a valid 2-letter word in hand. The result must form a 3+ letter valid English word. The key difference from Chow: the source must already be a word — you're extending a real word.

Take a discarded tile when you hold a valid 3-letter word in hand. The result must form a 4+ letter valid English word. Like Pong, the source must already be a word — you're building on an established word to make it longer.

Without waiting for a discard, you can reveal 4 tiles from your hand that already form a 4+ letter valid English word. The catch: removing any one tile must still leave a valid word — so "WIND" works because "WIND" - "D" = "WIN" (still a word). Other players can't see which tiles — they only know a kong happened.

After any Chow, Pong, or Kong, if you draw the right tile, you can add it to an existing meld to form a longer valid word. "PLAN" becomes "PLANE" becomes "PLANET" — the fun of word growth!
